Trainee Motor Claims Handler

Rate: to £ 18 K (full-time (per year))
Zurich currently has exciting full-time opportunities for Trainee Claims Handlers to join their Commercial Motor Claims team based in Leeds. This team assess new commercial motor claims received and take responsibility for the full lifecycle of reviewing, resolving and finalising customers’ claims.
With a strong customer focus you will have previous experience in a customer service environment. The work is fast moving and diverse so you will need the ability to multitask when juggling a variety of different claims. You will be dealing with customers, insurance brokers, solicitors, loss adjustors and suppliers so you will need to be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail to enable you to review claims and pick up on the relevant information required.
