My client is looking for a Chef de partie for there site in Gateshead close to felling. They use all fresh local produce have a very high reputation and they are very popular with locals.
The role is mainly working with starters, desserts and sauces and will also invlove the prep for the daily meals. The style of food is british classics and the venue is a modern gastro pub style venue. The company are rapidly expanding and have good prospects for career progression in the gateshead venue or any of there other venues.
