My client is currently going through a huge period of growth in the Northeast of England. They sell a unique product/ Service to UK Businesses and in order to achieve their goals in 2010/11 they need to recruit the best Sales people the region has to offer.
I have worked closely with this client for over 4 years and we have successfully created the opportunity for proactive and talented sales people to earn their true worth whilst growing with the business to make the career moves they personally crave.
This is a desk based national sales role (9am ? 5.30pm Monday ? Friday) and suited to individuals who have a natural flair for identifying and closing opportunities in a new business arena. The ideal candidate will not come from a specific background but more importantly be able to demonstrate a natural talent for Business to Business sales. My client will train, develop, coach and reward the right individual so long as they can prove or demonstrate a flair and natural talent for Cold calling and Business development. There is also an element of Account management as all Sales Executives are expected to manage their own accounts.
